Crystal Reports Developer Corona California 6+ Months Job Description: Senior Reporting Developer • Health care is undergoing tremendous change and transition. • The client is set to meet the challenges of these changes. • The California Member Services Call Centers (CA MSCC) Reporting group is seeking an exceptional Senior Reporting Developer to create new and support existing reports and reporting applications that improve operational efficiencies within the CA MSCC. • Primarily this position will create new SQL and Crystal XI based reports, and support existing reports. Job Responsibilities: • Create and support complex user reports. • Work in partnership with management, business users, IT developers and subject matter experts to understand and develop report requirements • Develop, create and document complex custom reports • Participate in the development and support of new and existing MSCC CA reports utilizing PL/SQL, Crystal reports, and other tools. • Review and test reporting code. • Provide and update report/program documentation. • Work closely with business partners to understand their changing needs and make appropriate recommendations to new and existing reports. • Communicate effectively to team members, management and IT partners. • Plan, schedule and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives. Desired Qualifications/Skills: • Expert level experience with Crystal reports including Crystal XI experience. • Must have signification experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
