* * *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* · Experience in diagnosing ETL and Database issues. · Extensive knowledge of SQL. · Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. · Extensive knowledge of IBM DataStage – Windows preferred. · Knowledge of Business Objects and Universe development preferred. · Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing - this position will require direct interaction with clients. · Knowledge of performance tuning. · Skill in exhibiting solid analysis, decision-making, and problem solving. · Skill in operating independently. · Ability to assess requirements, alternatives, and risks/benefits for low- to high-impact issues. *Summary:* · Responsible for providing application technical support.
