Service Continuity Application Support Analyst

Location:  WA

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Phone interview





This role will support several process areas, including IT Service
Continuity Management, Incident Management and Availability Management.
-IT Service Continuity – Continuity/DR plan creation and maintenance,
failover architecture and monitoring.
-Incident Management – Incident lifecycle breakdowns, D2R3 analysis,
incident mitigation processes.
-Availability Management- Service failure analysis, process based root cause
investigation - looking for process gaps that create availability issues.


• 5 + years working on one or more process disciplines – IT Service
Continuity Mgmt, Incident Mgmt and Problem Mgmt
• 2 + years working with Availability Mgmt disciplines
• 6 + years IT operational experience.
• Prior experience is large, fast moving multiplatform environment.
• Prior experience in Windows and/or UNIX administration.
• Prior experience supporting applications and systems.
• ITIL certification and/or understanding of ITIL concepts.
