Required Skills
- 7-10 years experience in information technology with 3 years of
financial services experience (preferably in the deposits/client
liquidity/cash management domain) and 2 to 3 years of technology
architecture experience.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to clearly
communicate complex technical topics with non-technical personnel.
- Previous role experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in core treasury technology systems
supporting deposits, account analysis, sweeps, control disbursements,
account reconcilement, and other liquidity products.
- Proficient understanding of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
and deliverables that balance functional and non-functional requirements to
ensure business and technology drivers are met.
- Strong consulting, analytical, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to think across a broad set of product domains from a
business & technology strategy perspective.
- Proficient understanding of delivery methodologies, architectural
frameworks, and architectural deliverables that balance functional and
non-functional requirements to ensure business and technology drivers are
met.
Job Description
- Involved in various end-to-end strategy and solutions architecture
activities in the Deposits business domain engagements as a primary role
along with other treasury management capabilities including, client
liquidity, cash management, and global banking.
- Participates in the development/maintenance of Deposits business
and system architecture.
-Applies technical knowledge in determining end-to-end solutions
designs for large projects involving business partners, technology
development teams and vendors.
- Work closely with business partners to define strategies for
technical solutions and develop functional designs to deliver business
objectives with new and existing applications.
- Provides integrated systems planning and recommends new or
different technologies that will enhance current systems and support
overall corporate and business goals/strategies.
- Conducts system architecture studies of new and existing IT systems
to permit development of integrated systems that operate at low cost
levels.
- Serves as a proficient technologist with routine accountability for
technical knowledge and capabilities as a team member or as an individual
contributor.
- Acts as key resource to drive and deliver architectural
deliverables under minimal supervision.
- Ensures solution architecture definitions are aligned with
enterprise and domain strategies, and functional and technical
requirements.
