Education: - BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent training required - 8+ years of real-world experience in related fields. - 2+ years of real-world experience in mobile space. Skills requirement: - Expert level knowledge of Silverlight (2+ years) - Expert level knowledge of.NET, managed code and C# programming languages (5+ years) - Expertise in development and implementing applications with standard UI components, creating custom UI components, connecting applications to Back End services - Experience developing custom widgets with flexibility and reusability in mind - Experience with integrating Maps in a UI - Experience developing for smart phone platforms (iPhone, Android, Windows Phone 7) is optional but a plus. - Experience in XHTML/HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML and other web technologies - Experience with source control (SVN, Git) - Good knowledge of HTML5/CSS 3 and integration within a native app - Good knowledge of SOA, Web Services methodologies using REST or SOAP based APIs. - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, rapidly changing priorities, and leading junior developers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients at all levels - Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor.
