3+ Years JQuery or similar JavaScript framework

Speed, Y-Slow etc.
Demonstrable portfolio of websites that implement progressive enhancement
Solid understanding of ADA with demonstrable 508 Compliance knowledge
Experience with source control repositories, Subversion and GIT preferred
