*UI/UX Designer*

*Long Contract*

·         Design UI components using visual layout tools creating
prototypes, mockups, wireframes, and user interface roadmaps

·         Develop UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS
Media Queries and Adobe Dreamweaver.

·         Write front-end code in compliance with Responsive Web Design
(RWD) principles and mobile standards for cross-browser and platform
compatibility.

·         Responsible for the user experience and interface design of the
external facing web portal and setting the UI standards using Metro UI
templates and principles.

·         Assist TRS with transitioning its current member website content
and applications to a modern website using responsive-design, Metro
UI-style template.

·         Design, create and optimize the experience with web pages for
various devices and browsers of different screen sizes including desktops,
tablets, and smart phones running different operating systems.

·         Advocate high-quality user experience throughout the product
development lifecycles.

·         Collaborate with business leaders, Senior Executive teams,
stakeholders and development teams in prioritizing user stories and
building UI/UX requirements for timely and successful delivery.

·         Ability to develop UI/UX components quickly and with high quality
through Sprints under the Agile-SCRUM methodology.

·         Clearly present ideas through the use of models, diagrams, user
task flows, screen designs

·         Collaborate with an integrated cross-disciplinary team consisting
of architects, external consultants, developers, and business users. You
must be able to develop and adapt creative, workable designs within a team
environment.

·         Self-motivated and able to make logical decisions to ensure the
overall success of the project by creating designs that seamlessly address
customer and business concerns and objectives, while conforming to the UI
standards and Non Functional Requirements.

·         Mentor and train other members of the team.

·         Create user experience documentation that includes wireframes,
site maps, and user flows.

·         Research, document, and implement UX best practices and trends.

·         Create, maintain and modify standardized master pages, layout
pages, cascading style sheets, and site-templates to include branding and
user-experience enhancements.

·         Establish color palette, select library of appropriate photos,
fonts, etc.

·         Assist team by planning and executing a usability test for the
new design.

·         Responsible for ensuring that site-designs and implementations
are in compliance with usability and accessibility standards as defined by
TRS.

·         Identify and correct problems uncovered by testing team or
stakeholder feedback.


EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:

·         BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable
degree or requisite experience

·         Background, degree or diploma in Graphic Design is preferred.

·         An understanding of the fundamentals of software programming and
development are helpful.
