Appreciate if you could send us your qualified consultant for review. *Position: Business Analyst* *Location: NYC/NJ* *Duration: 6 to 9 months – Can be extended.* *JD:* · need someone like a BA but with deep experience with security master reference data (any specific instrument types) (across all instrument types i.e. equity fixed income with neither being primary) · needs ability to develop new screens (any specific tools or software needs) (Java or specific Application) (clarification here is that the person needs to be able to do functional specifications for batch processing and screens to a lesser degree) · knowledge of SDLC (assume any SDLC works here?) (any basic SDLC) · they need to perform analyses with operations, the business, as well as developers · have to talk techie (clarify – need to be able liaise with technology at what level ) techie from the standpoint of needs to be able to converse with a developer as to how something works in the system today) (needs a balance of operations, business and dealing with developers) · experience should be working on security master to enhance, affirm, and add attributes from Bloomberg, Reuters, S& P, Moody’s etc · Bloomberg is the key because they would be mapping data from Bloomberg into the security master system (Bloomberg will be used most frequently) · Development of functional specification documents and this must be detailed (does he/she need to be able develop a programming or technical spec as well?) Currently, we have projects in queue over the next 3 years.
