Please find the Job Description below and let me know your interest. *Web UI Developer* *Location : Palo Alto CA Duration : 6+months * The hybrid cloud engineering group develops products that focuses on building world class applications and solutions to facilitate adoption of private and public cloud computing. We are looking for a strong technical engineer to contribute to our Portal and Web layer development projects. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with strong domain knowledge about UI technologies, Web layer implementation, technical leadership, and excellent inter-personal and communication skills. In this role you will be a key technical driver of the Portal and Web Layer technologies for that provide best user experience and scalability/performance. Responsibilities: • Contribute to implementation of large scale web portals that operate in service provider and SAAS environments. • Work with teams of developers to deliver on software projects using proven development processes (Agile/SCRUM). • Collaborate with visual designers, user experience, UI developers, and backend engineers to implement new features. Ability to implement both UI and web layer work on server side is a big plus. • Work closely with project team members (UX designers, Product Management, Server side backend developers) and deliver on features on a ongoing basis with a quick turnaround. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience Developing Web Application UI for Cloud Provider Portals or large scale web application portals. • 5+ years of Java Script or JS based frameworks (Sencha Tools and EXT-JS 4.x experience is a must). • Deep knowledge of one or more UI frameworks EXT-JS (BIG PLUS), Angular JS, JQuery, Ajax and Theming/Visual Design experience (CSS/customize layout in themes). • Detail oriented, consistent cross-browser implementation. Passion for front-end performance optimization, techniques for latency improvements, user experience. • Experience using some combination of the following applications or technologies: application servers, JSON/XML, Web Services (SOAP, REST). • Demonstrable experience utilizing object-oriented patterns and design best practices. • Excellent presentation, interaction and communication skills along with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional organizations. • BS or MS degree in Computer Science and minimum of 8+ years of software development experience is required.
