· Around 4 to 6 years of experience in developing applications using
IBM Message Broker (WMB), Java/J2EE applications.

· Hands-on experience and proficiency in IBM MB/MQ Platform with at
least 2 full life cycle projects

· Should have proficiency in integration and messaging techniques.

· Should possess good knowledge in Web sphere Transformation
Extender, WTX, MRM (Message Repository Manager).

· Should possess good experience in ESQL (Extended Structured Query
Language) and/or Java Xpath experience

· Experience in RUP and strong technical designing skills
