Extremely Positive work attitude. Willingness to be available over phone in off hours and on Weekends for Onsite/Offshore Coordination purposes. Good experience of Reporting tool, preferably Sagent, Cognos Reportnet or Business Objects Good experience in relational database experience (SQL, tuning, optimizer, relational concepts) Extensive knowledge of DW/BI methodologies. Perform hands-on design, development and testing within the ETL tool environment using a mixture of GUI driven tools and hands-on SQL Provide ETL design, development and testing estimations based business requirements and research into data that is currently sourced. Interface with the BI Team to support the design of reports and dashboards meeting business requirements downstream. As part of a rotating team schedule, provide on-call, off-hour support for ETL and Data Warehouse systems that are under strict SLAs for 24/7 availability Strong team leadership experience including client management experience. Excellent Written and Verbal communication Skills.
