Great comm skills, worked on core HR module for about 7 years, end to end implementation exp, requirements gathering, job analysis, configuration, testing, CLP, UAT, advisor to business, interfaces with all providers (e.g they are using ADP for payroll), familiar with third party tools, write mid-level scripts. They should know how to run queries, table structures, field, interact with DBAs and developers *They are looking for the person to have super strong communication skills and deep knowledge of HR practices like Onboarding, Salaries, Open Enrollment, etc.* *Job Description* Work as Application Analyst focusing on Oracle Human Resources (HRMS) and other business applications used to support system users.
