*SUMMARY OF POSITION*


Immediate need for a Development & Operations Engineer (DevOps) – a
talented and hard-working individual who is self-motivated, process-driven,
customer-oriented, and who has a passion for streamlining software
applications using a variety of technologies.



*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*

   - Support various customer-facing applications related to online
   platforms.
   - Improve automation to the core framework of the online platforms.
   - Self-manage when given prioritized goals and objectives.
   - Seek out opportunities to identify and deal with issues before they
   arise.
   - Document systems thoroughly, both in terms of design and
   implementation.
   - Provide reliable and accurate time estimates for tasks.
   - Provide ongoing support for existing applications.
   - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.



*JOB REQUIREMENTS*

   - Bachelor’s Degrees (or equivalent) in CS, Engineering
   - Minimal 3 years of professional experience in software engineering.
   - Minimal 2 years of professional Python with strong programming skills.
   - Minimal 2 years of Linux-hosted development.
   - Minimal 2 years of experience developing medium to large-scale
   software applications, with load balancing.
   - Minimal 1 year of experience with SQL and No-SQL database packages.
   - Familiarity with some of the following: MongoDB, Redis, Git, RabbitMQ,
   Agile, DevOps
