This candidates role will be supporting the implementation of a new CRM system. As part of the new CRM rollout, a related Business Intelligence capability will be developed including an Operational Data Store and Data Warehouse. The primary objectives are to successfully implement data management requirements, Informatica based ETL capabilities and to enable the division to identify and execute Informatica best practices within the overall UCSD rollout guidelines. These guidelines include best practices data management strategy, self-service BI model, data governance, appropriate utilization of ETL tools, support for an Informatica community of practice and optimized data integration processes.
