*Job Title : Lead Java DeveloperLocation : Oaks, PA (Need Local)Duration :
6+Months ContractFace to Face Interview Day to Day:*
This person will joining a team of about 8 (Java and SQL developers) and
will be responsible for Front -Mid Tier development. They will be
responsible for being the key contributor during scrum sessions for their
team, and will be an integral part of a strategy and architecture planning
team. This is a 100% agile environment, and this person may be working on
completely different development components every 10 weeks. This position
requires someone who can adapt quickly and think of their feet.
Candidate will spend about 30% of their time in a lead developer function,
and about 70% in a hands-on role.

*Qualifications:*
10+ years lead developing in an Agile development team
Strong enterprise application development experience
Experience using the following development technologies and frameworks
(Java, Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, JavaScript, JQuery)
Excellent written and verbal communication - must be able to speak on a
high level about their development experience, the architecture they were
working within, etc.

*Plusses:*
AJAX experience
DOJO experience
Experience working with both Oracle and SQL databases
Project experience using Websphere Application Server and Portal Server
Financial Services industry
