*SharePoint/Remedy consultant * *Location- Ewing, NJ* *Duration-3 to 6 months * Lead, define, and drive ongoing improvements in an ITIL framework of Enterprise Service Management Processes. Lead governance of Service Request Management. Design, develop and drive performance improvements within Production Infrastructure and WorkPlace Services. Work closely with peers in the IT to ensure consistent practice and to identify operational improvements through analysis of incident data. Write, edit, manage and collaborate on IT communications across Business and IT groups. Develop and deliver communication campaigns on policy, standards, change management, request management, end-user technology, integration and all aspects of IT and Infrastructure service delivery. Responsibilities • Remedy Service Request Management, Sharepoint 2013 Site Administrator, Remedy Asset Management, Process and Procedure Operations Manual administration and governance. All IT Communications and Notifications of change, process and major initiatives in infrastructure projects. • Drive tactical implementation and contract adherence for Service Request, Asset Management and Communication plans • Create SOP’s, Process Maps, and RACIs and apply their use in IT Production to communicate the IT Production, Risk Management, and Enterprise Service Management processes and document standardized processes and improved efficiencies • Provide regular reporting and metrics covering Incident and Process Management performance for key stakeholders, suppliers and staff • Collaborate with multiple internal and vendor contacts on strategic direction and tactical implementation. •Take responsibility for selected key projects / activities / communication plans within projects and provide senior management bandwidth within the organization • Collect, analyze and report data associated with in-process and outcome metrics and quality goals and suggest corrective action Skills Required: • Communicates and aligns organizationally with Senior management • Excellent process and procedure/technical summarization and analytical/process improvement skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Development of multi-faceted communication plans • Vendor Management/Service Level Proficiency • ITIL foundation • Understanding of IT enterprise and infrastructure services, especially end-user and collaborative technologies • Proficiency with RACI charts • Power Designer • Strong organizational skills • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, multi-task and prioritize own work to meet deadlines Process Outputs: •Effectively designed, developed, documented, and communicated processes and IT communications •Process mapping •Technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures •Metrics and reports •Vendor Management activities -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
