*MUST HAVE SKILLS:*



*5 to 7 years computer security experience required. Knowledge of the
security sub-subsystems and 3rd party security products in use on Windows
and Unix systems and Directory Services. Knowledge and familiarity with
Oracle Identity Manager, Quest Active Role Server and Role-Based Access
Controls (RBAC).  CISSP, CISA, CISM and other comparative information
security certifications*









































*Responsibilities: * Demonstrated strong understanding over Identity and
Access Management (IAM) best practices focusing on privileged access
management for enterprise-wide applications, both corporate and commercials
applications. * Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and
internal customers to gather and analyze IAM business and functional
requirements to achieve successful enrollment of enterprise-wide
applications to the centralized IAM infrastructure. * Strong analytical and
troubleshooting skills on all platforms and tools supported * Provide
inputs to business requirements development for Identity Access Management
(IAM) integration and automation effort and ensure alignment to IAM
strategy * Participate in IAM project to ensure timely deliverables and
successful operationalization aligned with industry and company security
standards. * Proactively identify and drive process improvement to reduce
risk and improve operational efficiency and works with various teams to
implement the improvements. * Have a good understanding of the end-to-end
IAM Service management processes * Provide guidance and direction on access
controls and IAM practices to customers * Provide guidance to other team
members * Ensure access management documentation is maintained up to date *
Flexibility to work after hours and weekends to accommodate and support the
existing servers/applications maintenance windows * Have a global mindset
and collaborate effectively within and across teams in different part of
the globe * Complete access request processing as per pre-defined sets of
procedure and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA), resolve problem
tickets and assist other security analysts as needed
Qualifications/Requirements: * Sound working knowledge of the security
sub-subsystems and 3rd party security products in use on Windows and Unix
systems and Directory Services * Sound working knowledge and familiarity
with Oracle Identity Manager, Quest Active Role Server and Role-Based
Access Controls (RBAC) * Broad and deep background in all aspects of
Identity and Access Management, from HR driven processes (on/off-boarding,
conversions, transfer), to IAM compliance issues and role engineering. *
Proven knowledge in building automated solutions using various coding
languages (Java, C#, VBA, vbscript, Perl and Shell script, etc.) * Proven
and successful experience in IAM applications enrollment and role
engineering. * Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving
skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills * Strong ability to
work independently and manage one’s time * Strong leadership and mentoring
skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback *
Sound understanding of information security principles and IT
infrastructure including operating systems, applications, and
communications and network protocols. * The ability to work effectively
with other functional areas and understand the operational and cultural
issues relevant to achieving superior results * Must be flexible and able
to manage multiple tasks and priorities on very tight deadlines. * Be a
self-motivated and results oriented individual with an attention to driving
aggressive project timelines and schedules * Strong ability to work
independently and in collaboration with others to achieve a high level of
success * Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to
develop, maintain and foster constructive relationships with others *
Dynamic, hard-working and ambitious individual, with excellent oral and
written communication skills Education/Experience: • Bachelor degree in
computer management, information security or equivalent job experience •
CISSP, CISA, CISM and other comparative information security certifications
are preferred • 5 to 7 years computer security experience required*
