*Responsibilities *

·         *Assist the Financials Project Training Lead to prepare readiness
workshop and end user training materials (eLearning, instructor led, job
aids), conduct a train-the-trainer (TTT) and oversee end user training
delivery.  *

·         *The Financials Project is one of the most visible and complex
initiatives and projects being undertaken by the University Community.  *

·         *This individual is responsible for assisting the Training Lead
in the following activities:*

*•             Leading the training design and delivery process*

*•             Incorporating key principles of adult education to
effectively identify, design, and implement practical and impactful
learning initiatives, programs, and materials that can be consistently
applied to all Financials Project deployments and sustained in the post
go-live organization*

*•             Partner on the development of the training strategies and
plans *

*•             Provide best practice training development / deployment
leadership to team *

*•             Collaborate with Readiness Lead on integration of
Readiness/Training work streams *

*•             Identify and manage creation and execution of training tools
(e.g. registration, delivery schedule, course evaluations, competency
evaluations, classroom scheduling) *

*•             Create a maintenance plan for the assigned training
functional area that explains the process for updating materials for each
new Workday release *

*•             Oversee all delivery components of associated training
requirements and will drive deployment of programs across all regions,
ensuring smooth execution to identified objectives*

*•             Assemble status, risk, and issues reports related to
training and track, measure, and communicate training metrics*

*•             Create and manage the work plan for training development,
updates to training content and the deployment of the end user training *

*•             Ensure instructional design soundness and quality review of
all training materials*

*•             Manage execution of the train-the-trainer programs with the
project team and other business partners on how to use the training tools
and training delivery plans*

*•             Provide central coordination for all training deployment
activities*

*•             Prepare, review, and analyze training deployment completion
reports, highlighting key trends and implementing corrective action working
closely with deployment team and/or business*

*Work Experience*

·         *More than 10 years leading large-scale Financials ERP training
team. Workday experience is required.*

*Additional Information*

·         *10+ Years of combined experience in all of the following: user
assessments, training content development, train-the-trainer delivery,
training deployment, and evaluation programs. *

·         *Experience leading a team in training development and execution.
*

·         *Higher Ed experience is a plus. *

·         *Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to
multitask and manage training initiatives, including leading the team
members assigned.  *

·         *Experience in previous Training Lead role leading on a major
software implementation project.  *

·         *Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with
employees, peers, executive leadership, customers, vendors, technical team
members and others.  *

·         *Demonstrated expertise of building consensus across diverse
business groups and leaders, and influencing successful outcomes.  *

·         *Strategic thinking with ability to combine broad business,
technical and political factors.  *
