Experience with application packages. Excellent troubleshooting skills. This translates to someone who can troubleshoot and resolve issues without a solution provided. Ability to research and understand complex code. Experience with CS or CRM (CRM preferred), but because we do so much with CS information, experience with CS would work. Basic understanding of SQL tuning. Some examples are an understanding of indexes and the knowledge to troubleshoot slow performing sql. Ability to run and understand trace files. If we can get someone with CRM experience, it would be good to have someone familiar with the 360 configuration and templates.
