Experience : 3 to 6 years Shift Timings : 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST(US Shift) No of Positions : 3 Positions Job Description for Immigration Executive / Lead We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong ethics, cultural sensitivity and the ability to work independently in this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of relevant experience and a thorough understanding of immigration laws in the US. Additionally, it is a must to possess extensive knowledge and experience with an emphasis on all non-immigrant visas especially for the US (L-1, H-1B, O-1 etc). Hands on experience in managing the permanent residence process for US is required with being adept in non-US visa processes as well as managing public access files, I-9/LCA et al and audits in these areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail oriented aptitude and strong organizational skills are also essential for this role. • Managing end to end Visa and Immigration for staff traveling from India to US as well as existing staff in US. • Ensuring compliance with all Immigration laws with special focus on US laws • Should be able to closely work with external vendors/lawyers • Managing the internal stakeholders across various functions/entities • Managing internal projects and various reports • Developing solutions/processes to make the Immigration process more effective and efficient • Understanding the current US immigration environment; tracking changes and applying them effectively Overseeing visa stamping processes About Tekskills : An ISO: 9001 certified company and appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI.
