Drive closure of issues by working with internal team members and 3rd party vendors · Qualify new hardware on Microsoft Server Operating Systems in customer labs · Ensure customer technical issues are addressed in a timely manner. Work with internal team and on-site customer teams to identity, track, root-cause and resolve issues · Provide input on new server products and engineering processes; help drive compelling new ideas forward by designing, building and testing evaluation units to meet customer requirements · Execute power and performance benchmark tests on new server hardware. Determine refinements to standard tests to better meet customer needs. Generate customer ready summary reports · Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, 3rd party vendors, and internal teams in support of overall company objectives · Lead debug efforts to root cause customer issues working with internal engineering team and 3rd party vendors. Carefully manage flow of information between customers, internal teams, and 3rd party vendors.
