Job Description:
This position will be part of our Infrastructure team and responsible for
the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of our
application and database components. The position requires solid experience
with the installation, configuration and maintenance of our WebLogic 10
Cluster, Oracle 11g RAC database with Streams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the
following areas:

· Demonstrated hands on experience installing and tuning operating
system and WebLogic 10.1 cluster on Sun Solaris in a high availability
configuration.
· Experience developing and implementing build scripts to support
automation of build process(es), backups, maintenance activities and
conducting build/deploy/troubleshooting activities, e.g. deploy various WAR,
JAR, EAR applications in clustered environment.
· Demonstrated hands on experience installing and maintaining Oracle
11g RAC database with Streams, including backups, maintenance activities
· Experience with installing and configuring 3rd Party Software
· Hands on experience with or strong knowledge of installation,
configuration and maintenance activities for the following tools:
oBEA WebLogic 10 and later (Required)
oOracle 10g and 10g RAC (Required)
oSun Logical Domain (LDOM) and Containers
oOracle Directory, Oracle Access Manager
oBusiness Objects XI
· Configuration Management, including administration of
Configuration Management tools, e.g., Ant, Oracle Enterprise Manager,
ClearCase
· Infrastructure design and implementing industry best practices
EDUCATION/RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent with 6+ years of overall IT
experience or equivalent work experience
Excellent communication skills and proven documentation skills
Must be familiar with ANT build scripts
ClearCase Administration experience is a plus
Sun Solaris and Microsoft Server certifications are a plus

*Description summary:*

The *Documentum Developer* works with IT and Business leads to provide
expertise in *Web Content Management solutions*, with a focus on business
process design/redesign, solution design, acceptance testing, and
development. This role may engage independently with a client to provide
solution advice and oversight, or may participate on a project team as a
developer.



*Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties
may be assigned:*

· Provide *technical and design input* on Documentum products to
ensure development of content management solutions meeting business
specification.

· Synthesizes analyses, identifies root causes, and develops and
recommends technical solutions.

· Provide technical solution scoping and Detail Design.

· Provide client and project management on smaller projects and
generate high-quality project documentation, such as project plans, design
documents, test plans, etc.

· Assist in application customizations and technical implementations
using structured techniques.

· Communicate status of assignments accurately to project and
delivery management.



*Education and Experience:*

· *5+ years* experience with *Documentum suite* of technologies
including *JAVA/J2EE programming* is required

· *5 years *relevant work experience in *leading and
implementing*enterprise solutions using Documentum technology in a
*Service Oriented Architecture* with *business services integration*

· Solid technical foundation in *EMC/Documentum installation and
configuration*

· Successful experience *scaling Documentum products* for enterprise
utilization



*Qualifications: *

· *Documentum 6 platform* experience is required.

· *Documentum 6.5 platform* experience preferred.

· Experience with object-oriented analysis & design and agile
development methodologies is a must

· Experience designing, developing and supporting applications
using: (Required)

Ø  *Documentum Development tools*

Ø  *Documentum Foundation Services*

Ø  *Documentum*s Business Objects Framework*
