Architect and design interfaces for the system; work with the client

Advanced knowledge and strong experience with Relational databases in Oracle
10g and 11g in a RAC environment.
Data modeling, logical architecture (business entities, data flows), process
architecture (functional verticals, processes, services) and implementation
architecture (components, classes, application frameworks, technologies).

Must possess experience with Oracle, PL/SQL and be able to demonstrate
expertise in the areas of schema design including implementation,
performance tuning, indexing, query optimization, applications design, and
database administration

Should have hands-on experience with PL/SQL, XML, XSL, shell scripting on a
Sun Solaris 10 environment.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must have a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or equivalent with 4+
years of experience. Must have strong technical and functional knowledge in
architecting enterprise solutions with OOD and UML. Primarily worked with
Oracle, PL/SQL, Java scripting and shell scripting under Sun Solaris 10.
Must have experience in building interfaces between external applications
with Oracle. Must have strong knowledge in data modeling, database schema
and table design. Must have prior experience in leading technical
deliverables. Must possess excellent Verbal and Written communication
skills. Must be able to effectively communicate & work with fellow team
members and other functional team members to coordinate & meet deliverables.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal
supervision. Must have the ability to escalate issues in a timely manner.
Must be a self-motivated person with high energy. Must be a team player.
