EDI QA Tester (MUST HAVE ICD9/ICD10)
Location: Brentwood, TN
Duration: 6 months +
Interview Mode: Phone and Skype (client will hire off a Skype interview)
Review Requirements and design documents to ensure adequate understanding
Ability to formulate a solid test plan or test approach/strategy
Determine test environment and test data requirements
Ability to breaking down tasks, estimating timelines, and delivering
quality results on time
Create and execute test cases and communicate results Document and elevate
potential risks
Communicate project readiness and status
Collaborate with developers to improve overall quality
Ability to analyze and communicate root cause of a problem
Track defects and ensure appropriate escalation
Coordinate defect resolution and retesting
Experience with writing SQL queries in either SQL Server or Oracle
databases
Work with other IT and technology teams to complete integrated assignments
7 or more years experience in software quality assurance
Experience with HP Quality Center, Star Team and TFS
Strong SQL skills with MS SQL Server
Proven experience with white box testing
Experience working with ICD9 and ICD10
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Database testing skills
