Must have experience and be comfortable working in both agile and waterfall methodologies. Experience must include full life cycle engagement on a multiple projects. Candidate experience in web technologies/content management is highly desirable. Ideal candidate will have experience in STEM or educational product development. A strong technical background required. The candidate must be capable of independently leading the scope definition and requirements phases of a project. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to facilitate the feature selection and definition for complex electronic products. The individual will be responsible for creating user stories in support of a rapid paced agile team. Candidate must also be able to generate structured requirements documents when needed. Candidate must be comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes are not always well defined. Should be capable of adding value during discussions of organization change, but is not expected to lead these efforts. The product success is often dependent upon meeting strict delivery dates so the Analyst needs the experience to understand tradeoffs of time versus functionality. and be an active participant in team discussions of these issues.
