Ariba Programmer, must be an Ariba expert. It is in Owings Mills but they
will consider someone remote if they have the right skill set. Must have
experience with contract workspace module and working an Ariba templates
and must be on the latest (cloud-based) version of Ariba
Resource needed with strong understanding of Ariba Solutions. The
Programmer Analyst will have a deep understanding of relevant Ariba
modules, as well as an understanding of how they effectively integrate with
SAP and other business applications to drive process efficiencies and
ensure appropriate controls.

Responsibilities:
Create detailed systems documentation for system administrators and end
users.
Configure system functionality based on internal business requirements,
partnering with IT and other stakeholders when appropriate to ensure
appropriate change controls.
The resource will configure and test the system to allow for:
Update the ‘To Do List’ to allow Tasks to be displayed by date submitted or
due date as determined by each individual on their Dashboard.
Include a folder similar to the “sent” folder in Outlook to be able to
determine when documents were returned to the submitter and the content of
the documents without the need to search through the History tab or the
Contract Workspace.
Tasks to be forwarded to an assignment coordinator within applicable group.
Include the name of person submitting the request in the email notification
(currently only the CW number appears in the email notification).
The assignment coordinator will be able to assign or delegate the task
within their group within Ariba without the assignment coordinator needing
to approve the tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years of experience and knowledge of purchasing and procurement or
supply chain processes.
Experience with implementation of Ariba
Demonstrated understanding of sourcing, procurement best practices.
Technical and analytical aptitude including ability to understand software
configuration and data structures.
Proven supplier/contract management skills.
