On C2C *Role:* Lead Java Developer *Summary: * The main function of a Analyst/Developer is to provide application and/or team leadership in the development of detailed system specifications for major business support and/or development, integration, and implementation projects. *Job Responsibilities: * Design, code, test, and debug programs of varying levels of complexity. Act as team leader for development and support group. Provide programming, and systems leadership, guidance, and assistance to other team members. Perform implementation and integration tasks for small, medium, and complex in-house developed or purchased software solutions. Application problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions, as required. Assists customers with documentation, training, and usability efforts. *Skills: * Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently on complex issues. Fully knowledgeable of related infrastructure components and/or operating environment. Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue. High proficiency in Java, Jquery, Spring core, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Oracle, Hibenate, Ajax, and Junit. *Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 7-8 years’ experience required.
