*Role: Jr. Systems AnalystLocation: Windsor, CTDuration: 6+ MonthsRate:
$30/hr on C2C*
*Description:*Systems Analyst Systems Analyst responsibilities will
include requirements gathering within the IT applications, documentation of
requirements and use cases, and ownership of key deliverables. Candidate
must understand how all the ‘pieces’ are connected and how the business
flows.
*Required Skills:*Strong understanding of Healthcare and experience of
working with Claims Processing. Claimsxten knowledge will be a bonus if
present.
2-3 years Successful track record with SA work.
Experience with system design, functions, installation of hardware and
software, operator maintenance, database development, quick fix software
procedures, systems support, maintenance, and system techniques and
deficiency resolution procedures
While individual tasks require independence and initiative, the ability to
work within rapid distributed teams is crucial.
The candidate is expected to manage direct client contact, and will involve
in planning, executing and coordinating project deliverables with the
client.
Must have healthcare background and if has Claims experience it will be an
added value.
Client interaction, communications (written, oral, presentations)
Strong understanding of the SDLC, ability to write design documents for
both a business and technical audience
Ability to understand client “problem” and provide solutionØ
“Teachability” (ie, can learn domain, model business user processes,
mind-set)
Strong written and verbal communication skillsØ Strong
interpersonal/relationship skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or higher strongly preferred in related /business areas
or equivalent work experience.
