enhancement pack upgrades, SSL certificates, firewall modification
requests, single sign-on (SSO), RFC destination setup, printer / scanner /
handheld device setup, Correction & Transport System (CTS+), system
performance tuning, root cause analysis; and resolving Early Watch, short
dump, and other monitoring / health check report issuesExcellent oral and
written communications skills are essential for this position.Ability to
work independently with minimal direction.Experience working in Onsite
offshore modelAbility to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both
business and technical.Strong decision making abilities.Experience
