Analysts.Banking Exp must
Core System Business Analyst
Seeking a Business Analyst with strong business analysis and commercial
banking experience. Responsible for interface with users across all product
areas in the bank including Operations, Development and Credit gathering
requirements, translating into and writing business requirements, clearly
articulating and communicating those specifications to data modelers and
developers.
5 to 12 years Business Analysis experience.
Commercial and Retail Banking experience, prefer experience in large, cross
product environments.
Subject Matter expert in the core banking industry business process and
function
Knowledge of process analysis and documentation, logical data modeling and
requirements gathering methods.
Strong understanding of the software development and implementation
lifecycle.
Possesses the ability to create and translate business/process
specifications into business rules.
Understanding of and experience with contemporary analysis and system
development methodologies and techniques (Use Cases, process modeling, data
modeling, etc.).
Knowledge of how to anticipate user needs and perform requirements analysis
based on executive direction
SKILLS and ABILITIES
Required
Mid-level (5 plus years of experience )
Business process analysis and design
Proven experience in the banking industry with an emphasis on commercial
banking operations requirement gathering
*Knowledge of IIBA methodologies. Certification a plus
*Preferred*
iSeries software customization requirements analysis
Strong knowledge of core banking software
Familiarity with Jack Henry Core software specifically SilverLake*
