*Job And Responsibility:*
The Project Manager will be part of the Business Services team and work
closely with the HR core team to support the production of Oracle’s
E-Business Suite HR Modules. The PM will interact with business users, and
will guide the business analysis and development teams. The PM will oversee
the building of system configurations, designing of test plans, test
execution and recording of the results. The PM will oversee all SOX
compliance related activities to ensure adhereance to policy. The PM will
help problem solve and provide information training to HR and Business
Services team members.
· 5+ years of in depth Oracle Global E-Business Suite experience with
HR, OAB, SSHR, and Payroll with strong production support experience.
· Strong organizational and analytical/problem solving skills
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a strong HR/Payroll base.
· Working knowledge of generally accepted HR practices.
· Experience with standards for SOX compliance and SDLC methodology.
