*Minimum Requirements*
• 10 - 12 years of experience in developing, deploying and
administering Java applications using JAVA, Java EE
• 7 - 9 years of experience in Java/Java EE, with Spring and web
services technologies (REST and SOAP)
• 4 – 6 years of experience in JMS
• 4 - 6 years of strong experience with XSD, XML (SAX/DOM) and JSON
• 4 - 5 years of in depth knowledge of Unix environment that
includes shell scripting
• 2 - 3 years of development and administration experience in Kafka
• 2 - 3 years of development and administration experience in
Cassandra
• Experience in building, deploying and managing services and
applications in Cloud platform is a plus.
• Experience in configuring Application Server such as JBoss,
WebLogic and Tomcat
• Experience in build systems such as Maven and Ant and Continuous
Integration tools like Jenkins
• Experience in software debugging and performance tuning
• Candidate must have experience in developing performance
intensive, high availability application
• Strong skills in solving complex problems
• Works well in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strict adherence to development standards
*Preferred Requirements:*
• Experience with working on High Speed Internet, telephone and
video provisioning applications
• Strong interpersonal skills; capable of writing recommendations
and interacting with company personnel on complex topics.
• OpenStack IaaS or PaaS experience
• Experience working on high volume reconciliation application
• Good to haves:
o Hadoop and Cassandra infrastructure experience
o Deep understanding of different Virtualization platforms and private
cloud implementations using commercial and open source technologies
o Experience in Designing and implementing (Coding) applications with
stringent performance & scalability requirements and developing low
latency, extreme transaction processing systems.
• Demonstrated experience of participating on teams of technical
experts in a diverse, fast-paced, 24 * 7 environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with no or limited guidance, grasp the concepts
quickly and develop in an agile mode.
• Ability to work towards meeting a very short deadlines and
delivery dates.
• Ability to support and provide help to various teams such as QA,
Operations, Offshore etc.
