Looking for a sales manager with the following exposure.
Sales Bench / Corp to Corp (Off shore-Hyderabad, India)
Roles and Responsibilities
Required Skills:
Must be able to handle sales of own H1B's.
Should be able to get good contacts.
Checking requirements with the Vendors / Clients and submitting the
resumes.
Preparing the consultants for the interview and give our best to build
their confidence level.
Establishing good relations with the vendors and work with the vendors
who work with direct clients.
Identify prospective client staffing and solutions opportunities
Should be able to manage multiple client relationships and
engagements.
Get as many interviews as possible to the consultants and place them
in a project.
Must have excellent communication skills.
