Have *
a.   Understand and document areas of the current state data model for
the commercial IT organization
b.  Identify gaps between the current state data model and the future
state data model based on project demands, operational gaps, etc.
c.   Develop a strategy for closing those gaps in a holistic way that
is in line with the overall commercial strategy

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Gathering Requirements and design of technical specification documents.
2. Identify Use cases from requirements and write Use Case Specifications
3. Create Mapping documents, ETL technical specifications and various
documents related to data migration.
4. Write complex SQL Queries to test the Datastage ETL process
5. Ensuring project delivery on committed date
6. Reviewing designs with the rest of the project team as appropriate
Link business processes to organizational objectives, perform critical path
analysis, and identify opportunities for business process improvement
