Requirements:*
Be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical
guidance / solutions for work completion
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical
capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in
technical discussions/review.
*Technical skills: *
- Experience with developing solutions in J2EE, SPRING, HIBERNATE.
- Experience in Java integration with back-end databases like Oracle
- Experience developing for WebLogic application server.
- Any experience integrating with Documentum and xCP technologies
(especially xCP 2.x) is a plus.
- Any experience in Documentum WDK/WebTop, DFS, TaskSpace, Form Builder,
Composer and Process Builder.
- Knowledge in TBO, SBO, DFC, DQL and API.
- Knowledge in Documentum Components such as Content Server, JMS and DA.
Soft skills:
- Candidate is expected to be a strong team player.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, and
produce consistent high-quality work.
*Mandatory Skills*
Java, Java / J2EE, JavaScript, WebLogic, Oracle
*Other Skills*
WebLogic/Tomcat, Java Web Services, Documentum, xCP/xCP2.x
