· Core HR - ability to maximize module
· MSS - Define solutions to leverage current configurations and
provide additional configuration and documentation
· ESS - Review requirements and configure per Best Practice,
concentrating on training, certifications & self-assessment
· Workflow including hierarchy, roles and responsibilities and
approval process
· Best Practices
· Extensive Understand of Learning Management and competencies
associated with process, including 3rd party vendor experience
*Functional/Technical Duties:*
· Configuration & knowledge transfer
· Fast Formulas
· SQL
· Key/Descriptive FF
· HR reporting and compliance configuration
· Review & document multiple 3rd party requirements
· Recommend Oracle fields to maximize 3rd party systems
· Document Import/Export requirements
· Provide Best Practice solution
· GAP analysis and Best Practice solutions
· Identify HR reporting compliance requirements and provide Best
Practice Solutions
· HR to GL working knowledge
