Flex developer to work on UI for enterprise application.  The Flex front
end will use web services to serve up information from source systems.
Java Swing is a skill set that transfers most easily to Flex.

 It would be a huge plus but not necessary if the individual also had
experience with: Triaging performance issues with Flex

• Java

• JavaScript



*Required Skills: *

· 2 years experience with complex Action Script.

· 2 years experience with Adobe Flex

· 2 years XML experience.

· Experience with enterprise or mission critical applications.

· Working knowledge of MVC.

· Very good communication and team skills.

Design, coding, debugging, testing, and documenting of Flex based Internet
applications for the professional photography industry.

• What are the top 5 skills required for this position?

(in decreasing level of importance):

Experience coding in ActionScript and MXML with the Adobe/Apache Flex
Framework

Experience with the IntelliJ development environment (further experience
with the Eclipse IDE would be a plus)

Experience with Adobe AIR and Adobe Flash Player applications

Experience with PHP is a plus
