Position – Tech Lead – T2
*Java/ Weblogic Position*
Minimum of four years of professional experience as an Application
Developer using core Java and J2EE (Webservices, JNDI, JMS, JDBC)
• Experience in the full software development and project
lifecycle
• Experience with high volume, mission critical applications
• Experience leading a small group of developers (onshore or
offshore) to completion of project deliverables is preferred.
• Strong design, coding, testing and debugging skills with
Internet applications
• Knowledge of version and revision control practices and
procedures required; experience with Rational ClearCase preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
The ideal candidate will have the following:
o J2EE Web Services
o SQL
o Database experience including DB2
o IBM WebSphere
o IBM Rational Application Developer
o Spring Framework
o Rational ClearCase
o Design Patterns
o Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
o XML
o JUnit and Mockito
Strong Analysis and Design skills.
Strong in SQL queries development, Stored procedure development, and other
database design and development Oracle and IBM DB2.
Strong programming skills in Perl, Unix Shell Scripting
Programming knowledge in Java, Servlets, JSP, Ant, JDBC and other J2EE
systems
Programming knowledge HTML, XML, XSL, XSD Schema
Exposure to ETL tools like Pentaho, Infomatica
Experience in Weblogic/Websphere application server
Experience in source control such as Rational Clearcase
