· Must have *3yrs* of experience as *IT Staffing Recruiter*.
· Understands current IT technologies at a very high level and the
software development lifestyle.
· Experience recruiting for *American clients* and knowledge of US
contracting methods (*W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp*).
· Must have experience working on portals like *Dice, Monster,
Techfetch*.
· Capability of sourcing profiles from *Social Networks*.
· Capability of sourcing *GC’s and US-Citizen’s* profile for the *full
time* positions.
· Hands on Exp in *Sourcing, Screening and Interview* Coordination.
· Communication *7-9 on a 10* point scale.
· Aggressive and unconquerable will to succeed.
· Source candidates using job boards plus a multiplicity of
Internet-based sourcing techniques.
· Contact candidates through phone calls and e-mails to determine
interest and availability.
