Oracle/SQL DBA
Duration: 6 Months+
Location: Moorisvilla NC
Rate: DOE
One of our direct client is looking for an Oracle DBA. The job description
is as follows:
*Knowledge of SQL Server is Highly Preferred.*
* Must have 7 years experience as Oracle DBA with Oracle DB versions 10g and
11g
* Must have production database administration experience.
* Comfortable with Linux and Windows Server operating systems
* Create and administer database Servers including backup (RMAN), Export /
Import, Recovery, Monitoring, Tuning, Tablespace Management etc.
* Administer database accounts according to the security and account
management policy set by DBA Manager
* Ability to install, backup, restore, recover, reorganize, plan capacity,
tune performance, and design
* Experience with tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
** Good Knowledge on PL/SQL in creating complex Views, Unix Shell Scripts
programming*
* Good Knowledge working on Apache Tomcat, JBoss, PHP, JDBC
* Create and Maintain DB Links, Table Partitions
*Database Level Patching, Cloning
* Experience with Oracle database upgrade.
* Experience on building schemas, developing stored procedures and database
triggers in PL/SQL.
*ORACLE Certification (OCP)*
*Microsoft Certification*
