Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any additional questions. *Oracle Clinical Business Administrator** * *Location – *Westlake Village, CA 91362 *Role – *Oracle Clinical Business Administrator* * *Pa**y Rate - *$50-$55 per hr *Contract Length – *6 Months+* * *Note: **Candidate does not need to be local, but must be able to relocate at their own expense. Also must have excellent communication skills.* *Oracle Clinical Business Administrator** * Exposure to, and understanding of Oracle Clinical (preferably 4.6) and related systems(RDC, TMS) is required. Analyze business processes by meeting with application users to define as is processes and reviewing existing SOPs. Document business process using VISIO. Identify, evaluate, develop and/or redesign systems and procedures to meet user requirements. Create detailed written user requirements for developers. Provide consultation to customers on business process redesign. Assist in the development of system documentation and training materials as well as training processes. Responsibilities: 1) Experience owning a defined portion of a project, and a demonstrated ability to manage issues and risks, and an understanding of appropriate and timely escalation. 2) Demonstrated experience in delivering business, user and functional requirements, specifications and data flow design documents. 3) Demonstrated experience in preparing User Acceptance Test SCripts Experience with the software development lifecycle. 4) Experience working in a team environment with multiple business processes. Provide cross-functional and business knowledge to develop business system and process alternatives. 5) Experience working on global projects, specifically software implementations. 6) Experience operating in a validated environment. 7) Clear understanding of the technology associated dependencies between systems including an understanding of data migration, quality and integration technologies. 8) Demonstrated ability to work independently with very little supervision 9) Provide end-user support for Oracle Clinical. 10) Train others as appropriate on specific area of business or systems expertise. Assist in development of training materials 11) Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project. Solid knowledge of the application development process. Strong communication skills (verbal/written/listening). Solid business knowledge. Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to work with in a team setting. Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business. 5+ years experience working a consultative capacity, preferably in an IT oriented/systems development environment. 5+ years experience working with clinical applications or processes. Background with RD Development systems. 5+ years experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems. Experience in system testing, validation, problem resolution, and training.
