years of experience Help researching new technologies (e.g. Advanced
Compression, ASM, Advanced Security, RAC). Ideally the new person already
has experience in these areas.Scripting (e.g. Perl, Shell), documentation
and qualification, tool integration, ITIL processes are general areas that
