Overview:

Seeking a PeopleSoft HR / Workforce Administration Functional
Consultant who will play a critical role in current implementation of
UCPath (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2)

project. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of PeopleSoft HR
/ Workforce Administration experience and exposure to 9.x product
suite, specifically ESS, MSS,

and HR Experience in configuration, design, and testing in both
initial implementation and break/fix solutions is required.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting configuration, functional designs, and
system integrated testing
Adhere to best test practices, standards and processes, troubleshoot
test issues, record test results, track and prioritize defects.
Experience in working through the project lifecycle over multiple
assignments under aggressive timelines with minimal ramp-up time.
Coordinate and communicate with team members and business users as assigned.
Responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting on work progress.
Required Skills:



2+ years of hands on experience as PeopleSoft Functional HR Consultant
Experience in at least 1 implementations of 9.x version of PeopleSoft
with big, distributed customer.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be able to perform successfully in a team setting by aligning
to the overall priorities of the project and direction from leads.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with variety of people to
accomplish goals and support others.
Strong testing expertise in defect resolution.
Should be proactive in completing the job assigned with little
direction and be adaptable to changing job requirements.
Experience with MS Word, Excel and Visio is required.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources or
related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred

Prior experience with Higher Education or Healthcare is highly preferred.

The PeopleSoft Functional Report Analyst has prior experience defining
report requirements and creating report design documents.  This
position is for a cross-module

report analyst that includes Payroll for North America, Benefits
Administration, Base Benefits, Workforce Administration, Absence
Management and Commitment Accounting.

Seeking PeopleSoft Functional Report Analyst who will play a critical
role in current implementation (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2) project. The
successful candidate will have

2+ years of report design and prior experience in at least 2 of the
following modules in PeopleSoft designing custom reports: Payroll for
North America, Benefits

Administration, Base Benefits, Workforce Administration, Absence
Management and Commitment Accounting.


Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands on experience as a PeopleSoft Reporting Analyst
• Expertise in writing ad-hoc queries using PS Query.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be able to perform successfully as a team player in a team
