*Duties*
- Work with the worldwide business and IT teams to define and develop
key performance metrics and ensure dashboards, analytics, and reports are
providing value from a decision support perspective
- Assist with the management and prioritization of BI requirements for
business/functional teams and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting
business requirements in a timely manner
- Develop functional design documents for corporate reporting
- Assist in the establishment of a Data Governance Council and best
practices and procedures for BI tools and architecture
- Ensure testing confirms with documented requirements
- Ensure deployment conformity is based on published procedures and
standards
*Position Skills Requirements*
- Strong SAP Business Intelligence (BI7.0) experience
- Experience with Business Objects and integration with BI.
- Experience with interactive and statistical analytics, reporting,
dashboards, scorecards, alerts, packaged analytics.
- Experience with SAP ECC5.0 or higher
- Proven experience with complex data mapping, modeling, and query
development
- Understanding of end-to-end business process
- Functional knowledge and ability to translate business requirements to
functional and technical requirements
- Understanding of SAP-BI best practices
- Technical acumen to be able to execute the lifecycle of the requirement
- Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills

- Business experience in Finance, Sales & distribution or Supply Chain
extremely beneficial
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi task
- Experience working with diverse groups
- Experience working effectively in a team based environment
