Job Description
*Role and Responsibilities:*
- Design and develop enterprise data warehouses , data mart and other
data stores
- Designing data warehouses and data stores
- Design, develop and implement conceptual data models for BI solutions
- Develop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and
implementation of a database
- Develop data migration strategies
- Responsible for overall database design for Analytics and Dashboards
- Interact with BI architect and developers for the implementation
- Establish best practices for data modeling and implementation
*Technical/Process/Behavioral Competency:*
- Strong skills on design patterns for Data Warehouses, Data Marts,
Operational Data Stores, Analytics
· Strong knowledge on relational databases
· Knowledge of Cognos Data model
· Knowledge on Database security, Archive, Recovery and other
database administration concepts
- Excellent Communication Skills
Good to have:
- Knowledge on Hyperion, EssBase, JD Edwards
- ITIL
- ServiceNow
