*Hands on experience with Scientific programming around Numpy, SciPy, and
Pandas libraries. File processing and text munging with CSV, XML, regular
expressions. Previous experience Interfacing Python with lower-level
languages such as C++ and Java as well as Object-oriented programming.
Familiarity with the Anaconda distribution and the conda package manager
will be helpful. Software development tools include:*
*Sphinx, Testing frameworks such as nose, unittest, pytest, and doctest.
Experience with distributed version control system such as Git or
Mercurial, and IPython shell. Experience with Windows and Linux platforms.*
