*Job Title : SAP ABAP Developer*
*Location : Coppell, TX*
*Duration *: *6+ Months *
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
· 3-5 years of proven/current work experience with SAP development
processes and technologies including ABAP, IDOC/ALE technologies, SAP
SCRIPT and SMARTFORMS, Data migration methodologies, OO programming.
· Knowledge of user exits / BAPIs in specific SAP modules (SD, SCM,
& FICO)
· Must have minimum 2-3 years working with global teams, with at
least one SAP implementation within last year.
· Experience in translating functional specification into technical
specifications with detailed knowledge of SAP tables/fields Experience in
application development using ABAP, Java, SAP Enterprise Portals, SAP R/3 &
ECC systems, spanning various phases of software development lifecycle such
as user requirements analysis, technical specification design, coding,
modifications, code reviews, testing, performance tuning etc. Excellent
Problem Solving and debugging skills.
· Experience with Data Dictionary Objects, Function Modules and
ABAP Query.
· Experience working in fast paced multi diverse growing
environment
· Feel comfortable with being part of a global organization,
· Candidate must be well organized and capable of juggling numerous
priorities.
· Implements and maintains application programming.
· Participates in the development, specification and communication
of the company’s applications;
· provides analysis and recommendations of new or different
application programming solutions which will enhance current systems and
support overall corporate and business goals;
· maintains or modifies current programs and coding through the use
software alternatives;
· prepares test data, debugging programs and documents all
associated procedures;
· works with the company to identify all system and web
requirements.
· Works with guidance on projects within defined criteria.
· Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex
problems.
· Typically requires 3 - 6 years’ experience and a Bachelor's
degree or equivalent experience.
