The job description is as follows: · Experienced in Remedy AR System, ITSM 7.x modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, SLM), SRMS and Atrium CMDB. · Extensive knowledge about Remedy ITSM Configuration and usage · Requires Remedy development knowledge.
