•   6 years of experience in analysis, design, development and
implementations of Java, J2EE applications mainly in E-commerce &
Advertising domains.

•   Extensive experience in J2EE technologies, Service Oriented
Architecture & MVC frameworks

•   Has excellent knowledge of Java, J2EE/JEE platforms in building
n-tier applications. Excellent working knowledge in Servlet, JSP, JDBC,
Spring, Hibernate, MyBatis and Struts2 frameworks for Enterprise projects

•   Strong experience in Core Java skills including Multithreading,
Collections, Garbage Collection

•   Proficient in creating server-side components, designing and
implementing business tier objects, unit testing, debugging and deployment

•   Strong Skills in Object Oriented Programming Concepts,
Object-Oriented Design/Analysis and Design Patterns

•   Experience in NoSQL, MongoDB

•   Has working experience in using ANT and Maven build tools

•   Experience of working in AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS and HTML
and very proactive in solving problems and providing best solutions

•   Excellent logical, analytical, problem solving and
troubleshooting skills

•   Well focused and achievement oriented person with an ability to
manage change with ease

Minimum Requirements:

•   Expertise/Keys in programming using:  Java, J2EE with strong
experience on JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Weblogic.  Experience in the
investment sector a strong positive.

•   8+ years industry experience. BS or MS in Computer Science or
related degree desired.

•   Strong Web technology skills that includes JSF, Hibernate and
Spring; Javascript

•   Experience with Software Development Life Cycle.

•   Communicates effectively with technical team, architect, and
business team and project manager.

•   Able to clearly and concisely articulate technical solutions.

•   Able to provide technical critiques of system architectures.

•   Effectively translate functional specifications to technical
specifications.

•   Object Oriented Design Methodology.

•   Component Design High/Low level.

•   Strong Java application development skills (JavaEE, JDBC, JMS)
and XML knowledge base.

•   Experience in Application Servers WebLogic/JBoss platform.

•   Knowledge in application performance tuning.

•   Knowledge in Content Management platform (Teamsite, Documentum)
and Clear Case is desirable.
