*About the project work:*
We are undertaking a massive effort to enhance our systems so all internal
groups involved can track our customer's orders from the minute they are
created all the through to delivery and invoicing, creating custom alerts
and also dashboards for status updates viewable by our customer and IT
teams based on Solution Manager. We are creating the tracking system
ourselves while leveraging SAP, which will require deep ABAP and SAP
architecture knowledge, along with SD and CRM experience. We have both
brick and mortar and extensive Ecommerce orders and operate globally. You
will have the ability and should have the mindset of pushing the edge of
what is possible, going beyond what has been done before.
*Skills and Requirements: *
• Must have strong *ABAP coding skills – 8 years+.*
• Experience with *SD and CRM required.*
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications,*
CIS, or related. MCA or MSCS a plus.*
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills,
along with ability to prioritize among multiple projects and shifting
priorities.
• Ability to coordinate with business customers, technical
teams, and management in small to enterprise situations.
• Strong problem resolution, analysis and customer service
skills required.
